Rewind Ritual is operated by LunaVista Goods LLC. We respect the copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights of creators and rights owners.

Our intellectual property standards

Our standard is to offer designs that we have the right to use. We do not permit unauthorized use of protected artwork, album covers, song lyrics, band or artist logos, or other protected material. Artist likenesses and other personality rights also require appropriate authorization where applicable.

Names, logos, music-related terms, and visual elements can carry rights belonging to others. A retro aesthetic, a music theme, or the description “inspired by” is not a substitute for permission. Product listings must not imply an official relationship or endorsement without authorization.

Design sourcing and review

Our review standard covers the artwork, product title, description, and promotional material. Relevant checks include the source of a design, any license or authorization, restrictions on commercial use, and signs of protected names or imagery. Source files, licenses, and supplier information are relevant evidence when available; a policy page alone is not proof of ownership or permission.

If you need information about a specific design, email contact@rewindritual.com with its product URL. We review source and authorization questions for the identified listing. We do not publish private agreements or claim that every design is a registered work.

Ownership and permitted use

Protected store content and designs belong to their respective rights owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights or grant permission to reproduce its design. Third-party references should not be understood as an endorsement unless expressly stated.

Report a concern

Rights owners and authorized representatives can use our separate DMCA Takedown Notice Form to report copyright concerns. Trademark concerns may be sent separately to the same contact email with the mark, relevant territory, ownership information, affected URLs, and explanation of the concern.

We review reports, may request supporting information, and may remove or restrict a listing while a concern is assessed. This policy does not establish ownership of a disputed work or certify that a statutory DMCA agent has been registered.
