These terms explain how purchases and use of the Rewind Ritual store work.
1. The store and these terms
Rewind Ritual at rewindritual.com is operated by LunaVista Goods LLC. These terms apply to use of our store and purchases, together with the policies linked below. Please review them before ordering. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be an adult legally able to enter a purchase agreement, or use the store with the required permission and supervision. Provide accurate order and contact information. Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or infringe another person’s rights.
3. Product information and pricing
Our base prices are in USD. Review product options, shipping, applicable taxes, discounts, and the final total at checkout. We work to keep descriptions accurate, but screen settings can affect color appearance. Vintage-inspired clothing is newly made unless a listing says otherwise.
If a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you or cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid. We may decline or cancel orders where necessary, including suspected fraud or unavailable items. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it.
4. Orders, payments, and changes
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Keep your confirmation for reference. Request a cancellation or modification within 12 hours of ordering by emailing your order number and exact request. We will confirm the outcome. After this window, production may already have started and changes cannot be guaranteed. See Cancellation & Modification and Payment Methods.
5. Production and delivery
Some items are made to order. Delivery estimates include processing and transit and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Mixed orders may ship separately. Provide a complete, correct address. Rates, international conditions, and delay assistance are explained in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns, replacements, and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day request window, free remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and change-of-mind return conditions. Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days; banks may need a further 5–10 business days.
7. Intellectual property
Store content, designs, names, logos, and other protected material belong to their respective rights owners. Buying an item does not transfer intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce or exploit protected content without authorization. Report a concern through DMCA (Report a Design).
8. Privacy and third-party services
Our store uses Shopify and other services to support checkout and store functions. Read the Privacy Policy for information about personal data and available rights, and visit Your Privacy Choices where applicable. Third-party links and services may have their own terms.
9. Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store, and our liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights, remedies, or protections.
10. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, subject to any mandatory protections under applicable law. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Terms applicable to an existing purchase remain subject to applicable law.
