Processing days are business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays start processing the next business day. If your order contains items from both groups, they may ship separately.

International orders: duties & taxes
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. Customs processing can occasionally add a few days to delivery.

You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. See Track Order.

Holiday orders
For holiday gifts, we recommend ordering at least 1 week before the holiday (US).

Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once the new shipping cost is covered.

Lost or late packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days after its estimated delivery window, email us at contact@lunavistagoodsllc.us. We'll investigate and send a replacement or a refund.
